Rox® Solvent Based Tank Cleaner is a low toxicity, biodegradable solvent-based emulsifier for the cleaning of MARPOL Annex II tank residues. It is also suitable for the tank cleaning of petroleum residues and for general degreasing & dispersion of oil.
